Rick offers counseling sessions by phone, chat, or web cam.
Each session starts on the hour promptly, and runs for 50 minutes. Rick will
initiate the phone call, or chat session, or web cam session. Please allow Rick to
call you for phone counseling so you won’t have to pay long distance charges.
Remember to include your e-mail address with your contact information so we can
set up a session time.
Appointment Changes and Refund Policy:
There are no refunds once a session by phone or online is set up. An appointment
time may be changed with 24 hours notice. If the counselee misses the
appointment time, or calls late to change it, that appointment is charged, and the
next appointment must be arranged separately. If the counselor misses the
appointment, the next appointment arranged is FREE. There is up to 10 minutes
"grace" time for late appointments, though a phone call or email can extend the
late beginning of an appointment. For counselees who see Rick in person, please
refer to the Policy of Advance Notification.
Policy of Advance Notification (for in person sessions):
In order to provide the most cost effective services on your behalf, we have
initiated a policy of advance notification. Rick is asking clients who see him at his
office to pay for sessions they miss unless they cancel them by 24 hours in
advance, or if sick, by 8:00 am the morning of the scheduled session.
You can cancel an appointment by calling Rick at his office phone directly or
leaving a message on the prerecorded answering machine. For maximum
progress, please try to preserve the original appointment time whenever possible.
